Title 1 ( Non-NFA) Transfer Process
Semi-auto pistols and rifles, bolt action rifles, revolvers, lever action rifles
Transfering a Title 1 firearm or non-NFA item is simple. Since we hold a Federal Firearms License, the items are simply shipped to us with a bill of sale listing the items and a copy of our FFL.
NFA controlled items
A streamlined, step-by-step guide for NFA controlled items including suppressors, machine guns, short barrel rifles and short barrel shotguns. We will guide you through the process and assure ATF compliance.

Verification of Transferable Status
We will verify that the surplus items are transferable from your department. If your department is unable to locate the original forms, we will provide request letters to the ATF.

Form Preparation
Once the transferable status is verified, we will provide the correct forms and a ltransfer letter to the ATF for your signature. Generally, the forms are approved and returned within 6 weeks from the ATF.

Final payment and delivery
Once the forms are approved, payment is made and shipping label is emailed to complete the seamless transfer.
